Please start your 4 hour hire from the start time of your party. Set up and pack up times fall outside of the 4 hour hire period. If you need to have your party packed up before your 4 hour hire period ends, please let us know in the booking form upon checkout.

On the day:
- We will arrive at the event location at the agreed set up time and set up your package ready for you to have a plushful play!
- After your event we will return at the agreed pack up time and pack up the package
After your hire:
- We will inspect the items condition
- 3 days after release back either the full bond or partial bond depending on the items condition

A. Prices for our PlushPlay Lux range include free delivery, set-up and pick-up within Canberra. If you are located outside of Canberra, delivery charges apply and will be required to be added upon checkout. Delivery fees outside of Canberra is as follows.

A. Our PlushPlay Lux range is ideal for indoor venues only. We require ground level access and gates should be at least 80 cm wide. If your location does not meet these requirements, please contact us to discuss.
A. Our PlushPlay Lux range is available for hire on weekends and public holidays.
A. We are a delivery service and do not offer pick-up.
A. Being parents ourselves, we place a high importance on cleanliness and hygiene. All our play equipment has been thoroughly cleaned between each hire period using an antibacterial, hospital grade wash. We do ask that our play equipment is returned in the same condition as when hired. Please read our terms and conditions as fees may apply if the play equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition.
A. Our play equipment is high quality and durable, so it would be very unusual for our play equipment to break. In the unlikely event that it does, please don’t try and fix the item, just keep the parts together and let us know. We will then assess the damage and its cause. Please read our terms and conditions of hire as you may be required to pay for repairs or replace the entire item if damaged parts cannot be replaced. Please DO NOT let children play with or near damaged equipment.
A. Yes, we are insured for $20,000,000.00 Public Liability. A public laibility certificate will be provided upon request.
A. We accept payment at time of booking which secures your party package and date.
Three  days before your event we accept and hold the security bond.
We accept credit card and PayPal payments including PayPal Pay in 4.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us.
Delivery will not take place unless full payment has been made.
A. 50% of the package price is non-refundable and will be retained if cancellations (for any reason) are received.
If you have made a booking for an outdoor set up, you should make every effort to find a suitable indoor arrangement in the case of unsuitable weather. If an indoor option is not available then at the agreement of PlushPlay, we will cancel the booking and hold any funds paid as a credit for any future bookings made within two years of your cancellation date.
Cancellations received between 0-7 days before your scheduled event will not be refunded or credited and the full payment of your package price is retained. This does not include the refundable security bond (if paid) which will be released back to you. All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com
Cancellation terms apply once booking has been accepted, either verbally or in writing, and take preference over any such terms in client’s standard terms.
A. In the event the state government enforces a state wide lock down or enforces restrictions on gathering numbers of less than 20 people, PlushPlay will give affected clients a credit on all monies paid to be used within 2years of the intended party date. No refunds will be provided.
A. In the event of rain:
Jumping Castles and Soft Play set ups are not suitable for wet weather conditions, the surface becomes slippery and the chance of slipping and falling becomes greater. Jumping Castles also have an electric blower continually attached to the castle which cannot be left running in the rain. It is for these reasons we don't setup rides/castles in the rain. PlushPlay reserves the right to cancel the booking the night before or the morning of if the likelihood of rain is forecast to be 50% or over. As a result, we recommend having an indoor option available to avoid cancelling your hire.
In the event of strong winds:
Jumping Castles can also be a hazard if there are strong winds or unpredicted wind gusts that can lead to the Jumping Castle being airborne, collapsing and trapping patrons. For this reason PlushPlay reserves the right to cancel jumping castle hire before the desired date if it is expected that wind speed will exceed 30km/ph or on the day of hire if the anemometer reading indicates a wind speed above 30km/ph.
A. Yes. If arranged prior to the delivery day, additional hours for our PlushPlay Lux pastel packages will be charged at $100 - $200 per hour depending on the items hired. Please contact us if you would like to add additional hours to your hire.
Our white ball pit photobooth is $200 per additional hour of hire if arranged prior to the event day.
Our Pastel and White Jumping Castles is $100 per additional hour if arranged prior to the event day.
In the event you wish to extend the hire period on any of our PlushPlay Lux items on the day of hire, $400 will be charged per hour it is extended.
A. A refundable security bond is required for each hire period. The Bond is calculated at 50% of your package price. Bond for individual items vary. This will be refunded to you once the items are returned to us in the same condition they were hired out (normal wear and tear acceptable) and in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. We require a few days to inspect all equipment.
A. Our pastel lux range is designed for children from eight (8) months to six (6) years of age. Our white ball pit photobooth is suited for both kids and adults.
A. Our PlushPlay Lux range is perfect for Corporate events, weddings and events. Our pastel soft play is as much fun as our party packages but adds that elegant element with the beautiful pastel colours, while our white ball pit photobooth is the first of its kind, taking photos to that extra level!
A. Kids and adults alike can take part in the white ball pit photobooth.
Not suitable for children under 1yrs of age.
A. The standard package price is for a 4hr hire period. The Hire period begins from the start time of your event.
Additional hour hire is $200 per hour.
A. We recommend no more than 4 adults at any one time inside the white ball pit.
A. Glitter and feather filled beach balls, donut floaties and other inflatables can be included depending on the theme of the party/event.
A. Yes. We have teamed up with Canberra prop and décor hire businesses to bring you amazing backdrops, neon signage and flower arrangements or balloon garlands. Whatever your theme or vision we can work with you to bring it to life.
A. Yes. We can add personalised decals of your names or pattern designs on the white ball pit sides.
A. The Salsa Photobooth takes still images, GIFs and Boomerangs and sends the images straight to your email or phone number. No printing required. Filters can be applied to the images, just let us know what type of images you would like and we can set up these options for your event.
A. Yes. Our booth managers are highly trained in the art of modern photo-boothing. They will arrive at the time agreed to set up the white ball pit photobooth and stay for the duration of the hire period assisting your guests take photos, GIFs and boomerangs ready to be posted on social media. Our booth managers ensure everyone has a memorable experience at your event.
A. The White Ball Pit Photo Booth requires a minimum space of 5m (L) x 3m (W) and a ceiling height of at least 2m for the backdrop. A power outlet should be within 5m, and the ground must be level. The White Ball Pit Photo Booth is only suitable for indoor venues only.
